The right to enter the music college have persons, who have a general basic education, citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons who permanently reside in the Republic of Belarus, persons of Belarusian nationality who are citizens of foreign states and live on their territory, citizens of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan.
How to apply:
As an applicant you need to prepare the following documents to the admissions committee:
- application addressed to the head of the college in the form established by the Ministry of Education;
- birth certificate;
- Educational certificate with the lists of studied subjects and received marks (credits);
- medical checkup certificate given by the official health authority of the Republic of Belarus;
- medical checkup certificate with the HIV-certificate negative from the country of applicant’s arrival;
- 6 photos (3x4 cm size);
- the certificate on the completion of preparation courses of secondary special education.
To the above-mentioned documents applicant should put on the translations of these documents into Belarussian or Russian languages officially notarized.
Applicant appeals to the Consular Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus of the country of permanent living to get the educational visa.

Applicants for all specialties, except for the specialty "Musicology", pass the entrance exams in the specialty, which consists of two stages: PROGRAM PERFOMANCE; SOLFEGGIO (written, oral). Each of the stages is evaluated on a ten-point scale.
